Medico customer service can be customized to fit your practice needs. We have various programs to make sure that your implementation of Digital Clinic is successful. Both hardware recommendation and software for Digital Clinic is delivered ready to plug in and use. Representatives from Medico System are available assist you with your set up.
If you experience technical problems with your system, Medico System will assist in resolving the problem remotely before on-site service is scheduled. On-site service is provided at an additional service charge and will be quoted at time of order.
